Practice Manager

Shannon Yeates

Shannon is our superstar practice manager and we feel very lucky to have her taking care of us! She has been working in the veterinary industry for over 20 years, with a Diploma in Vet Nursing and in Emergency and Critical Care. She has worked in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, in a variety of areas including small animal, emergency and surgical specialist clinics. Shannon joined the Ourvets team in early 2021 and has a special interest in team management, medical nursing and training. Her family is her main focus outside of work, including 2 fur babies that have found their forever homes – Tuffy and Taz.
