With over 15 years of dedicated service at Ourvets St Albans, Laine is a cornerstone of our customer service team. Her deep familiarity with our clients, systems, and daily operations ensures that every visit runs smoothly for you and your furry family members.

Outside of work, Laine is a Mum to a beautiful German Shepherd, Siega and servant to Mr Wick the tabby cat. Her understanding of animal behavior – especially our police dog patients – helps her connect with uncertain pets and offer reassurance for their owners.
